Job Title: Full-Time Coach Driver
- Location: TA4 2HX or Wellington TA21 9RF
- Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Minimum 40 hours per week)
- Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum (Depending on experience and overtime)

Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and professional Coach Driver to join our fleet. This is a diverse role that goes beyond simple A-to-B driving; you will be responsible for providing a first-class travel experience for our valued day excursion customers, private hire groups and schools.
Main Responsibilities
- Professional Driving: Safely navigate full-sized coaches (up to 57 seats) across the UK, ensuring passenger comfort at all times.
- Customer Service: Act as the face of the company, assisting passengers with luggage, providing route information, and maintaining a courteous, helpful attitude.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to DVSA Tachograph and EU Drivers’ Hours regulations.
- Vehicle Care: Perform daily “First Use” inspections and maintain the internal and external cleanliness of the coach to a showroom standard.
- Documentation: Accurately complete vehicle defect logs.
Requirements
- Licence: A clean UK driving licence with Category D entitlement.
- CPC: A valid Driver Qualification Card (CPC).
- Digital Tachograph: Must hold a valid Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
- Vetting: Possession of, or willingness to undergo, an Enhanced DBS Check with Children’s Barred List clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience driving large PCVs is preferred.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a varied rota, including early starts, late finishes, and occasional weekends or overnight stays.
